The serial number of the unit being returned must match that of the original sale and will be verified once returned product is received. No Returns on Service Parts. All sales are final on Service Parts (including batteries) regardless of whether the merchandise has been opened. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while it is in transit to us. Since vehicle products contain lithium ion batteries, they must be shipped according to applicable regulations. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
